Back by popular demand! After a terrific run of Beauty and the Beast in Summer 2024, Sacred Heart School for the Arts is once again welcoming the greater Louisville community to audition for our community theatre offering for Summer 2025: The Music Man! We encourage families to audition and perform together! Adults will be cast in the lead roles, and students grade 6 and up are also welcome to audition.

The Music Man
By turns wicked, funny, warm, romantic and touching, The Music Man is family entertainment at its best. The Music Man follows fast-talking traveling salesman, Harold Hill, as he cons the people of River City, Iowa, into buying instruments and uniforms for a boys' band that he vows to organize – this, despite the fact that he doesn't know a trombone from a treble clef. His plans to skip town with the cash are foiled when he falls for Marian, the librarian, who transforms him into a respectable citizen by curtain's fall.
